The Spring Equinox Celebration

Join me to celebrate the arrival of spring, return of vitality and triumph of light over darkness. Come to balance, reflect and ‘sow’ the seeds to harvest later in the year.

Come for a comforting two-hour session of connecting with nature as we gather fresh herbs to make a cleansing tea, awakening our senses to the vibrant energy of spring. Flow through gentle yoga stretches, grounding yourself in the changing rhythms of the earth. Then, sink into deep relaxation with a soothing sound bath, washing away the remnants of winter.

After the relaxation, we share sweet and savoury food inspired by coming spring season.

To honour ancient traditions, unleash your creativity by decorating an egg with natural colorants—the best design wins a mystery prize!
